About The Author

As the official chronicler for the Monster Detective Agency, Jason Edwards has been entrusted with depicting the events in our case files in a way that is both informative and entertaining.  A father of two, he eagerly took on the assignment in exchange for our promise to help his daughters deal with their monsters.

            Jason is a man of many hats.  In addition to storyteller and monster hunter, he is also a teacher, husband, coach, and an authority on children's anxieties who possesses a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Education, and has more than 20 years of experience helping kids.  His work has appeared in newspapers, magazines, and on the internet sites of the Anxiety Disorder Association of America and the national anxiety advocacy group Freedom From Fear.
